  • Refund Period - within 30 days of receiving your items
  • Refund Process - up to 7 days after we receive the item
  • Refund/Exchange Fee - None (you only need to cover the return shipping costs)
    Refunds and Exchanges:
    We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your items for a full refund or free exchange. 
    - Fill out and submit the form on this page including your full name and order number within 30 days of receiving your items (as per the tracking number of the mail carrier), and let us know whether you would like a refund or exchange
    - We will send you the return instructions.
    - Please ensure that the returned item/s have not been worn, washed or damaged, and that you send them to us in their original packaging. 
    - Once your return is received and inspected, we will credit your original method of payment within 7 days.
    - You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
    - Please use a trackable shipping service for your returned item, and send us the parcel tracking number.
    Sale and Discounted items:
    Unfortunately sale and discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
    Personalised items:
    Unfortunately items that have been personalised (eg. monogrammed) cannot be refunded or exchanged. 
    Please note that as all countries have different laws regarding the importation of certain products we are not able to provide estimates of import costs. Understanding such import restrictions and the payment of any associated costs is considered the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. We recommend you contact your local customs office for any charges before placing your order.
